You buy Seats for your users in buckets. You can see the bucket sizes on the Billing page after you've signed up. If you have 47 users, for example, you will buy seats for 50 users.
Do you have a free trial?
Deskfound is free until you have over 10 users. Once you have more than 10 users you will need to purchase seats for all your active users.
Can I cancel at any time?
Deskfound's subscription plan is a monthly plan so you can cancel at any time and will not be charged for the following month.
